Our team was engaged by a leading GCC-based technology solutions and services provider to strengthen its governance framework, standardize business processes, and enhance enterprise-wide risk management practices.
The scope included the development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across key business functions including Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Sales Incentives, Procurement, Warehouse & Project Operations, and other support functions. In addition, our team developed a Delegation of Authority (DOA) Framework, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, Risk Registers, and Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs) aligned with documented business processes.
Our approach involved conducting stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, workshops, and documentation reviews to understand the existing operating environment, governance structure, and key business risks. End-to-end processes were mapped to identify process dependencies, control requirements, operational inefficiencies, and governance gaps.
Apart from designing RCMs, a gap assessment study was conducted to identify industry best practices and automation opportunities, leading to the identification of best practices, automation areas, and process gaps, as well as the standardization and implementation across client locations.
