The scope covered the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, transportation management, order fulfillment, inventory control, returns and reverse logistics handling, and shipment tracking along with supporting functions such as demand planning, procurement coordination, finance reconciliation, and supply chain reporting.
Our team conducted detailed walkthroughs with warehouse staff, transportation teams, planners, procurement personnel, and finance stakeholders to understand current operating practices and identify inefficiencies, process delays, and coordination gaps across functions. End-to-end process mapping was undertaken to capture workflows, decision points, operational handoffs, roles and responsibilities, and system dependencies across the supply chain network.
The team facilitated validation sessions with leadership and operational teams to refine workflows and ensure alignment with the organization’s service delivery model prior to implementation.
